Question by Jonathan: Can an airsoft pistol that uses green gas also work with propane?
I’m getting a semi-auto airsoft pistol (have not decided which one). Most of the guns I like need green gas. Green gas is so expensive, so can I use propane instead? Will it damage my gun or lower the FPS?

Green gas is propane with added silicon, as propane at stores is more pure it will enhanced your fps, however you have to make sure you add silicon oil to ur gas valves, or your can add silicone directly into the propane, in order to use propane you need to purchase a propane adaptor, they are around 20 bucks at almost any airsoft website, and general purpose silicon is just as good as gun silicone

you will save loads of money by using propane as apposed to green gas (13 dollars a can vs. 3 dollars a can)
