Actually, Umarex owns Walther. Has since 1993.
Nevermind who bought who, it does not make any 2 products the same, in any industry. I am not a cousin of either, buy what u please and suite youreself, As for me I will stick to guns with Walther label on them.

I have the Umarex and the Walther. Get the Walter, its more realistic and gives a better feel to it.
